摘要： PURPOSE: An automatic flow control valve using a polyamide resin composition is provided to maintain stability by preventing the corrosion and rusting of a case of a metal valve actuating unit. CONSTITUTION: An automatic flow control valve using a polyamide resin composition comprises a body(201), first and second caps(211,231), a water supply connection part(241), a flow rate ball(208), a metal spring(202), a shape memory alloy spring(206), and an inner cap(221). The first cap is fixed and coupled in one end of the body. The first cap pressurizes a pipe and keeps a water-tightness. A termination of the water supply connection part adheres closely to the other end of the body. The second cab couples the water supply connection part and the body. The flow rate ball opens and closes a conduit line formed in one end. The inner cap changes operational time of the shape memory alloy spring according to the joined length.

CONSTITUTION: An automatic flow control valve (40) comprises a ball valve (20). The ball valve selectively opens and closes the inner pipeline of a body (10) depending on the temperature of supplied water. The ball valve comprises an inlet hole (21), multiple openings (22), a holding ring (23), and an opening and closing unit. The inlet hole is formed on the center of one end of the ball valve. The openings are formed on the outer surface of the ball valve. The holding ring is coupled to the other end of the ball valve and holds a metal spring (13) and a shape memory spring (14).
