    • PURPOSE: A fender device for docking a ship is provided to prevent damage to the ship or a dock by effectively absorbing impact using impact absorbing fenders, slim plates, and impact absorbing rubbers when the ship is collided. CONSTITUTION: A fender device for docking a ship comprises multiple anchor bolts (110), cone edge nuts (120), perforated bar plates (130), impact absorbing rubbers (140), slim plates (150), and impact absorbing fenders (160). The anchor bolts respectively have a thread (112). The cone edge nuts are coupled to the thread of the anchor bolts and respectively have a screw head (122) in the rear end. The cone edge nuts are coupled to multiple through-holes (132) of the perforated bar plates to fix the anchor bolts. Rubber fixing nuts (142) are coupled to the leading thread of the anchor bolts. The impact absorbing rubbers are insert-molded on the inner wall of a dock. The slim plates are coupled to the leading thread of the anchor bolts protruded forward from the impact absorbing rubbers. The impact absorbing fenders are coupled to the anchor bolts in front of the slim plates and are fixed by fixing nuts.

The speed reduction motor is installed n the inside of the protective wall, and rotates the pinion gear. The pinion gear is protruded on the upper side of the protective wall, and is connected to a rack gear(35) installed on a rear upper part of the protective wall.

A sprocket(71) is inserted into the rotation screw rod and vertically moves on the rotation screw rod. A chain(72) for delivering power is inserted into both sides of the sprocket.

The passage cover is installed on the upper part of the watertight door, and covers the upper part of a watertight door passage(11).

The flood control gate is installed in a barrier at regular intervals to prevent overflowing waves by being raised and closed when the waves overflow due to a high see water level or a typhoon and to be used as an entrance of vehicles and people by being laid and opened in ordinary days when waves are quiet. When the flood control gate is raised, the water stop device is installed in a footing concrete in front of the flood control gate to prevent inflow of sea water by the waves. The warning light is installed at upper parts of both sides of the flood control gate, is tilted and comes into a closed state when the flood control gate is raised, and warns overflow of waves due to a high sea water level or a typhoon when the flood control gate is laid and opened.
