    • A floating type supernatant-discharging apparatus and a wastewater-treating system adopting the same are provided to perform discharging or discharge-blocking of the supernatant-discharging apparatus securely, by moving the supernatant-discharging apparatus through an air injection unit and an air cylinder. A supernatant-discharging apparatus(800) is floated on fluid by a float(810). An opening and closing member(820) is installed at a side of a fluid discharge port of the supernatant-discharging apparatus to move an opening position where the fluid discharge port is opened and a closing position where the fluid discharge port is closed. An air cylinder changes the position of the opening and closing member. An air injection unit injects air into the air cylinder, thereby selectively moving the opening and closing member to the opening position or the closing position by the air cylinder. A stopping unit restricts the falling of the supernatant-discharging apparatus to one of predetermined heights.

An introducing material without inhibitors is introduced into the anaerobic digesting bath. The first solid-liquid separator separates a raw material into a solid material without inhibitors and a liquid material with inhibitors. The hydrolizer hydrolyzes the solid material and supplies the hydrolyzed solid material into the anaerobic digesting bath. The sludge concentrator concentrates the liquid material from the first solid-liquid separator and waste liquid from the anaerobic digesting bath.

    • A method for preparing a carbon source is provided to obtain the carbon source in an effective and economical manner by using a byproduct comprising high concentration organic materials, e.g., washing water generated from the bio-diesel production process, thereby treating the byproduct and preparing the carbon source at the same time, and a carbon source prepared by the method is provided. A method for preparing carbon source using a byproduct comprises: a step(S1) of removing impurities from a byproduct comprising high concentration organic materials to discharge the impurities; a step(S2) of supplying small amounts of nutrients required for the growth of microorganisms to effluent from which the impurities have been removed; and a step(S3) of adjusting pH of the effluent to which the small amounts of nutrients have been supplied. The impurities are removed by passing the byproduct through a membrane under vortex flow conditions. The byproduct is bio-diesel cleaning water. The nutrients are one or more selected from NH4Cl, KH2PO4, NaHCO3, FeCl3.6H2O, CaCl2.2H2O, KCl, and MgSO4.7H2O. The step of adjusting the pH of the effluent is performed by using an organic acid comprising carbon. The organic material is glycerol.
