CONSTITUTION: A panel assembly apparatus of a water tank comprises a wall panel(200) wrapping an outer surface of a concrete panel for a water tank(110), and an assembling device(300) for securely fixing the wall panel to the concreted panel. The wall panel comprises a stainless steel panel(210) and a PE(PolyEthylene) sheet(220) which are adhered with an adhesive(230). The assembly apparatus is attached to the concrete panel by the adhesive to attach and combine the wall panel to the concrete panel.

摘要： PURPOSE: A water tank panel manufacturing apparatus is provided to manufacture a sanitary water tank without any concern about the overflow of a material such as rust and a hazardous material by the semi-permanent attachment of a panel to a water tank without breaking away by the water pressure of the water tank, the external impact or the temperature differences, and to improve the speed and the convenience of manufacturing. CONSTITUTION: A water tank panel manufacturing apparatus includes an input device(110), a guide roller(120), a tension control device, a high frequency heating device(160), a film supply part(230), a PE(Polyester) resin supply unit(250), a cooling device(280), and a cutting device(290). The input unit comprises a roller in which a panel(102) of an iron material is rolled. The guide roller guides the panel supplied by the input device to a conveyer system for transferring the panel. The tension control device controls the tension of the panel introduced by the guide roller. The high frequency heating device performs the flattening heat treatment for the panel by heating the panel which passed through the tension control device in a high frequency wave method. The film supply part attaches a PE film(232) removed with wrinkles to the panel which is heated with the high frequency heating device by the fixed temperature. The PE resin supply unit forms a PE resin layer(252) by supplying the upper part of the film attached to the panel with melted PE resin. The cooling device comprises a cooling roller to cool the panel on which the PE resin layer is coated and flatten the surface of the PE resin layer. The cutting device cuts a water tank panel with the cooling and the flattening process completed into a regular size.
