    • 본 발명은 석유정제시설 또는 화학플랜트의 열교환기, 배관, 리보일러 등과 같은 방폭지역에 상존하는 폭발위험성이 높은 가스체에 의한 폭발위험을 방지하면서 설비 내부에 필연적으로 발생하는 스케일 등의 이물질을 초음파를 이용하여 방지 및 제거할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
      초음파 발생에 필요한 전원을 공급하는 전원공급수단과, 공급받은 전원을 기초로 설비 및 장치와 연결된 변환기가 초음파를 발생시킬 수 있도록 하는 공진수단과, 상기 공진수단의 작동상태를 제어하는 컨트롤러와,로 이루어지는 본체; 상기 본체로부터 인가된 전원과 초음파 발생신호에 의해 초음파를 발생하는 변환기;로 구성되는 초음파 장치에 있어서, 상기 본체와 변환기는 일정 거리 이격되어 전선으로 결선되게 구성하되, 상기 본체는 전원입력을 위한 전원스위치와 공급전압의 이상으로 인한 과부하 또는 누전의 발생시 전원을 차단하는 휴즈 및 마그네틱스위치와 전원의 공급으로 마그네틱스위치가 작동되면, 본체 내의 열을 식히는 냉각팬이 가동되며, 공급 전원의 노이즈를 걸러주는 필터와 상기 전원스위치에 의해 공급된 전원을 안정적으로 컨트롤러와 공진수단으로 동시에 공급하는 트랜스로 이루어지는 전원공급수단; 다이오우드, 극성콘덴서, 저항, 싸이리스트, 무극성콘덴서로 이루어지는 공진회로에 싸이리스트와 무극성콘덴서의 출력선상에 각각의 변환기의 작동상태를 감지하여 정상여부를 LED를 통해 확인할 수 있도록 하는 LED구동용코일이 더 포함되는 공진수단;을 포함하고, 상기 변환기는 와이어가 권취된 자기왜곡변환소자와 초음파를 전달하는 도파관이 연결되는 부위에 플랜지를 이용하여 소정의 체결매체를 통해 커버의 일측과 고정 결합되게 형성하고, 상기 커버의 타측은 받침대와 고정 결합되며, 상기 받침대에는 후면 커버를 형성하여 변환기 내부로 가연성 및 폭발성 가스가 스며들지 않도록 하는 구성을 포함하는 방폭지역의 이물질 생성 방지 및 제거용 초음파 장치에 관한 것이다.

    • An ultrasonic generator for excluding and preventing foreign substances in an explosive region is provided to continuously prevent and remove foreign substances such as scales inevitably generated inside equipment by using an ultrasonic apparatus. A body is composed of a power supplying device(40) to supply power required for generating ultrasonic waves, a resonance device(50) to enable a transducer connected to equipment and an apparatus to generate the ultrasonic waves, and a controller(60) to control the operation state of the resonance device(50). The transducer generates the ultrasonic waves by the power and an ultrasonic wave generation signal applied from the body. The body and the transducer are connected through a wire by being separated from each other. The power supplying device(40) includes a power switch(41), a fuse(42) and a magnetic switch(43), a cooling fan(44), a filter(45), and a trans(46). The resonance device(50) further includes LED driving coils(56a-56f) for checking the operation state of the converter through LEDs(57a-57f) into a resonance circuit composed of a diode(51), charging condensers(52a,52b), resistors(53a-53j), thyristors(54a-54d), and rectifying condensers(55a-55f). In the transducer, one side of a cover is fixedly connected to a portion to which a magnetostriction transduction device and a waveguide are connected through a connecting medium by using a flange and the other side of the cover is connected to a support. The support forms a rear cover so that combustible and explosive gas does not permeate inside the transducer.
