    • PURPOSE: A hybrid modified silicate binder composition is provided to improve the water resistance by not dissolving an alkaline metal component, and to offer high air permeability, non-combustible properties, and strength by having high content of inorganic components. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid modified silicate binder composition contains 50-80 parts by weight of potassium silicate aqueous solution, 5-20 parts by weight of lithium silicate aqueous solution, 1-10 parts by weight of silane coupling agent, 1-10 parts by weight of methyl trimethoxysilane, 1-5 parts by weight of acrylic emulsion, and the balance of water for 100 parts by weight of the composition. The silane coupling agent is selected from aminoethyl aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, aminopropyl trimethoxysilane, glyside oxypropyl trimethoxysilane, and methacryl oxypropyl trimethoxysilane.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polyfunctional filler provides a polyfunctional filler which prevents the growth of mold and bacteria under a moist condition and continuously reduces harmful gas when applied to a wall-finishing material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polyfunctional filler for wall-finishing material comprises a step of mixing zeolite with nanosilver colloid aqueous solution with a mixing ratio of 1:1; a step of stirring the mixture by 200 rpm at room temperature for 2 hours and drying the mixture at 110°C for 4 hours; and a step of mixing the treated zeolite with TiO2 sol which is a photocatalyst with a mixing ratio of 1:1 by 200 rpm at room temperature for 2 hours; and a step of drying the mixture at 110°C for 4 hours and heating the mixture for 2 hours at 300-600°C.
