    • 투명성 핵제 중에서 솔비톨계 핵제의 흐름성 및 투입성 문제점을 해결하고자 솔비톨계 핵제 단독 또는 무기핵제(탈크, 금속옥사이나 하이드록 사이드, 알카리토금속류의 카보네이트나 설페이트계, 하이드로탈사이트계, 제올라이트계등)를 일정비율(핵제 무게의 0.001-50%)혼합한 후 윤활성분의 유기물로 코팅처리하는 방법이 개시된다. 여기서 사용되어진 윤활성분의 유기물은 RCOOH의 R의 C5-C22의 Acid 및 금속비누(C5-C25의 포화 또는 불포화 지방산에 Li, Zn, Al, Ca, Mg, Co, Cu, Ti, Na, Zr, K, Ba, Mn, Sn등의 지방산의 금속염) 또는 다가알콜 및 그 에스테르화합물 등이 사용되어질 수 있고 다른 용도의 고분자 첨가제인 산화방지제, 대전방지제, 기타 자외선 흡수제등도 코팅 처리하여 사용될 수 있으나, 가장 효과가 좋은 것은 금속비누계 이다. 여기서 사용되는 코팅제의 양은 핵제 무게의 0.001-20%정도 사용할 수 있고 코팅하는 방법은 단순 혼합코팅, 분쇄코팅 및 용융코팅 등의 방법을 사용할 수 있으나, 단순 혼합코팅 및 분쇄코팅이 가장 효과적이고 경제성이 있다.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of hydrotalcites with improved halogen-selective capture and heat-resistance and lubrication by coating the surfaces of hydrotalcites with polyhydric alcohol and polyhydric alcohol esters(or metal substituents). CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of hydrotalcites comprises the steps of: mixing 1.4L of Mg(OH)2 and 0.7L of water in a high pressured reactor(3L) to get a slurry; adding 0.48mole of NaHCO3 and stirring for 30min; adding 0.35mole of Al(OH)3 and reacting under pressure of 100psi for 1.5hrs; adding 5% of polyhydric alcohols and reacting at 175deg.C for 30min; and optionally adding 0.5mole of aliphatic acids and aliphatic acid salts, wherein the aliphatic acids are C1-C22 saturated or unsaturated aliphatic acids. The prepared hydrotalcites have Na/Al ranging from 0.1-3, and contain 0.1-20wt.% of polyhydric alcohol and polyhydric alcohol esters(or metal substituents).

    • PURPOSE: A method for a nonhalogenated flame retardant epoxy or phenol circuit board by using an N-P-based flame retardant is provided, to obtain a circuit board without toxicity and environmental pollution without the deterioration of physical properties due to bleed out. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of adding an epoxy or phenol-based resin flame retardant, a nonhalogenated flame retardant, a curing agent and a curing accelerator to prepare a 66 % wax in methylethyl solvent; drying it slowly at a temperature of 30 deg.C; heating and pressing the dried one at a temperature of 170 deg.C and a pressure of 40 kg/cm¬2 for 30 min; drying it completely at a room temperature; and preparing a circuit board by using the dried one by common method. Preferably the nonhalogenated flame retardant is an N-P-based flame retardant, and is at least one selected from the group consisting of ammonium phosphate-based, melamine phosphate-based, amine phosphate-based and phosphazene-based compounds.

C for 1 to 10 hours; and the reaction is carried out in dioxane or methylene chloride.
