    • PURPOSE: A paste composition is provided to have excellent hardening property, electrical specific resistance and stability, thereby suitable for forming the electrode or wire of the solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A paste composition comprises a conductive powder, a cellulose-based binder, an acrylate-based monomer, a radical polymerization initiator, and a solvent. The conductive powder is silver powder and has 0.05-10 micron average particle diameter. The composition additionally comprises a plasticizer, a thickening agent, a stabilizer, a dispersing agent, a deforming agent, a surfactant, or the mixture thereof with the amount of 0.01-10wt%. The viscosity of the paste is 1-300 Pa·S at room temperature(25°C).
