摘要： PURPOSE: An automatic continuous pipe cleaning system is provided to improve the surface quality of a pipe product by automatically washing pipes in pipe manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: An automatic continuous pipe cleaning system comprises a body part(10), a sensor part(20), a cleaning water supply nozzle(30), a brush part(40), a cylinder part, a cleaning water re-treating part. The sensor part senses the supply and exhaustion of the pipe. The cleaning water supply nozzle is connected to the upper of the body part to spray the cleaning water. The brush part is located in both sides of the body part. The cylinder part is connected to the brush part and horizontally transfers the brush part. The cleaning water re-treating part is connected to the body part and cleaning water supply nozzle.
