The plasma generation unit generates the plasma by receiving the output from the oscillator. The output control unit is connected among the oscillator, the anion generation unit, and the plasma generation unit and controls the output of the plasma generation unit. The movement display unit is connected to the output control unit and displays operation state of the anion generation unit, operation state of the plasma generation unit, and plasma output intensity.

    • PURPOSE: A method of preparing a scorched rice-tea and a concentrate thereof by grain carbonization is provided, thereby providing a consumer the scorched rice product having its characteristic taste and flavor. CONSTITUTION: The scorched rice-tea and the concentrate thereof are prepared through the steps of parching, extracting and filtering. In the parching step, the grain is put into a parcher, and parched at 200-380 deg.C. The parched grain is dipped into a solution with a specific gravity of 0.85. At this time, 100% carbonized grain elements are floating in the solution, and selectively collected. The collected carbonized grain elements and water are put into an extractor in a ratio of 1 to 5, and soluble components are extracted therefrom. The resulting product is filtered by using a micro filter to form a scorched rice-tea concentrate.
