    • Substitute fuel is provided to mix water of about 30 wt % with the main materials consisting of bunker C oil and carbide and to save the high-priced oil. The bunker C oil of 40 wt%, carbide aqueous solution of 30 wt%, solution of 28 wt%, sodium chlorite of 2 wt% are mixed and heated. Thereafter, an ion bonding is induced through the rotation of a vacuum mixer and then the mixture is rotated within an emulsifying device, so that the substitute fuel is obtained. The sodium chlorite and solution play a role of decreasing the viscosity of the bunker C oil and the like. A chemical reaction between the next mixed materials is performed so that the separation between the oil and water is not generated.

    • An alternative emulsification fuel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to produce a low-cost alternative fuel, by using bunker-C oil and carbide aqueous solution as a main source and reducing a manufacturing cost and producing cost. A mixture is prepared by mixing 70-80 wt% of bunker-C oil and 20-30 wt% of carbide aqueous solution, and the mixture is heated and stirred. An ultrasonic wave of 20 KHz-1 MHz is applied to the mixture to induce ion bonds within the mixture. The mixture passed by the ultrasonic treatment is emulsified by mixing 0.5-2 wt% of calcium chloride as an emulsifier into the mixture, and rotating the mixture containing calcium chloride at a rate of 1000-1200 rpm in an emulsifying machine.
