    • PURPOSE: An uplink transmission power control device and a method thereof are provided to assign transmission power to an uplink channel of serving cells according to a priority. CONSTITUTION: A terminal calculates an E-PH(Estimated-Power Headroom) from second transmission power and first transmission power(S710).
