The horizontality control unit comprises a sensor and a horizontality controller. The sensor senses the slope of the rail unit. The horizontality controller controls the floor horizontality of the carrier.

The lift unit sequentially draws the supports by winding a lift wire(52) around a lift drum(51) rotated by driving force of a driving motor(M).
