    • PURPOSE: A treatment method of wastewater from a dyeing operation is provided to improve water quality by removing pollutants and impurities of wastewater through a biological treatment process and filtering remaining impurities using a separating membrane. CONSTITUTION: A settling facility of variable inclined plates includes a frame part(10), an inclined plate part(20), a power transferring part(30), and a power generating part(40). The frame part is composed of grid-shaped upper and lower frames(11, 12). Unit inclined plates(21) are transversally longitudinally installed between the upper frame and the lower frame. The upper parts and the lower parts of the unit inclined plates are respectively combined with the upper frame and the lower frame. A driven sprocket(22) is integrated with the lower parts of the unit inclined plates. The driven sprocket is in connection with the upper sprocket of a connecting sprocket(31) by using a chain(32). The lower sprocket of the connecting sprocket is in connection with a driving sprocket(43) using a chain(33).

    • The present invention relates to a radial filtration filter installed in a water channel to filter foreign materials from wastewater and having a cylindrical filtration bar with a width decreasing stepwise. To achieve the purpose, the radial filtration filter, which is installed in a water channel to filter foreign materials from wastewater, according to the present invention comprises a frame in the shape of a box installed in the water channel and having an inlet for introducing water and an outlet for discharging water formed at one side thereof; a discharge pipe cylindrically formed in the frame to have one side thereof intercommunicating with the outlet of the frame and the other side thereof closed, rotated by a power device around an axis, and having a plurality of ventholes formed radially on the outer circumference surface thereof; and a filtration bar formed in the shape of a cylinder with a width decreasing stepwise to be screw-coupled to the ventholes of the discharge pipe, having a plurality of inflow holes formed radially on the outer circumference surface of the cylinder, and having a filtration film on the inflow holes. Foreign materials are filtered via the ventholes of the filtration bar from water introduced into the frame while the filtered water is discharged through the discharge pipe to the outlet of the frame. The present invention having the composition reduces filtration time greatly and increases filtration quantity simultaneously because a region introducing water is relatively increased by forming the cylindrical filtration bar radially and the inflow speed of water at the point of being introduced into the filtration bar is increased via Bernoulli's principle by forming the filtration bar in the shape of a cylinder having a width decreasing stepwise.

    • PURPOSE: A reuse method for dye wastewater effluent is provided to improve the water quality of the dye wastewater effluent and completely remove the most difficult color to be removed in the effluent while treating the dye wastewater through a pretreatment process efficient for removing non-degradable materials and reducing color variations. The ozone oxidation step decomposes non-degradable pollutants contained in the wastewater effluent and removes color variations in an oxidative decomposition by injecting ozone into the dye wastewater effluent container. The charcoal adsorption step removes organic materials, color variations, and residual chlorine by adding the effluent to the adsorption tower filled with the charcoal. The ultrafiltration step removes fine pollutants and color variations. The reverse osmosis step removes parts of micro-substance and the ionic components of copper, calcium, iron, manganese, aluminum, chlorine, and sulfuric acids.
