    • A window installed on a wall of a building is provided to open the window completely by opening an opened/closed window toward a rotating part and pulling the rotating part to the inside. A window installed on a wall of a building comprises a door frame, a fixing window, an opened/closed window(30), a locking device(40), a locking releasing device(50), and an auxiliary locking device(60). The door frame has a fixed part(16) fixed to an opening part, and a rotating part(17) installed by a hinge(17a) to be rotated in the opening part. The opened/closed window is moved through the rotating part and the fixed part to open and close the window. The locking device includes a dead bolt(41) fitted to a coupling hole(16a) of the front end of the fixed part, and a spring(42) for pressing the dead bolt forwardly. The locking releasing device includes a rotating bar(51) formed with a projection part(51a), and a connecting member(52) to release the locking device. The auxiliary locking device includes a hook(61) caught in a coupling groove(31), a spring(62), and a handle(63) rotating the hook.

    • A window for a high-rise building is provided to open the full width of the window and to adjust the opening angle of the window as desired by a user by installing a locking device composed of a death bolt, a lever, and a stopper. A window for a high-rise building has a rotary unit(17) installed on a window frame(10), and rotates with respect to an opening(1) by hinges(17a) installed on one side of the window frame. When a movable window is fully opened to one side, the movable window, an immovable window, and the rotary unit are overlapped. A locking device(40), which is installed at the base of the window frame, allows the overlapped movable and immovable windows and the rotary unit to open inwards. The locking device has a death bolt(41), a lever(42), a stopper(43), and a spring(44). The death bolt has a camming surface(41a) disposed on an upper surface, and can slide back and forth at a front end of the rotary unit. When the death bolt is slid forward, it is inserted into a coupling hole(16a) disposed on a front end of the fixing unit, and immobilizes the rotary unit. The lever is connected to the death bolt and allows a user to manually move the death bolt. The stopper has an engaging part(43c) disposed at an upper surface. The engaging part locks onto the movable window and holds the movable window in position. The stopper also has an adhering part(43a), disposed at a lower end, which tightly adheres to the camming surface, and lifts the stopper upwards toward the rotary unit. The spring exerts downward force on the stopper. When the user pushes the lever to the left, the death bolt is slid backwards, releasing the locked rotary unit locked, and at the same time, the stopper is pushed upwards, and the engaging part immobilizes the moveable window from closing. The user can then either hold movable or immovable windows and pull inwards, causing the rotary unit to rotate and open the window to the full width of the window frame.
