摘要： PURPOSE: A dispensing article is provided to conveniently wash skin, metal wood, glass and plastics, and to rapidly dry the dispensing article while improving foaming performance. CONSTITUTION: A dispensing article comprises a first exterior layer; a second exterior layer; and a cell layer having at least one cell containing an active material wherein at least one layer is an aperture film. In addition, the cell layer is disposed between the two exterior layers. Typically, the dispensing article is useful for cleaning or treating surface including skin, metal, wood, glass and plastics. The aperture film opens at least of one exterior layer. Thereby, the dispensing article is conveniently washed with washing solution or treating solution. Moreover, the dispensing article is rapidly dried while improving foaming performance.
