    • An aerobic bioreactor using micro-bubbles in a wastewater treatment apparatus is provided to increase the contact area between the bubbles and wastewater by supplying micro-bubbles together with high concentration organic wastewater, increase dissolved oxygen of wastewater by allowing oxygens to stay in the bioreactor for a long time, and increase oxygen transfer efficiency and adjust concentration of a mixed solution in the bioreactor by controlling dissolved oxygen concentration. As an aerobic bioreactor used in a wastewater treatment apparatus for treating garbage wastewater, food wastewater, livestock wastewater, or mixed wastewater thereof, the aerobic bioreactor comprises: an inlet(4); a body(2) connected to one side of the inlet; four partitions(28,30,32,34) installed on an inner part of the body to divide an inner space of the body into a first high efficiency aerobic bioreactor(16), a second high efficiency aerobic bioreactor(18) and a third high efficiency aerobic bioreactor(20); air diffusers(26) installed in lower parts within the first to third high efficiency aerobic bioreactors to supply air into the first to third high efficiency aerobic bioreactors; a blower(10) connected to one side of the air diffusers; an inner return pipe(42) connected to one side of an inner part of the third high efficiency aerobic bioreactor to return a portion of wastewater staying in the third high efficiency aerobic bioreactor; an inner return pump(8) connected to one side of the inner return pipe; a bubble generating unit(14) connected to one side of the inner return pipe to supply micro-bubbles to wastewater returned along the inner return pipe; a cooling unit(12) connected to one side of the inner return pipe; a first inner return pipe(22) for supplying a portion of wastewater returned along the inner return pipe into the first high efficiency aerobic bioreactor; a second inner return pipe(24) for supplying a portion of wastewater returned along the inner return pipe into the second high efficiency aerobic bioreactor; an air outlet(40) connected to one side of a top part of the third high efficiency aerobic bioreactor; and an outlet(6) connected to one side of an upper part of the third high efficiency aerobic bioreactor to discharge treated water. Further, a size of the micro-bubbles is 0.001 to 1 mum.

CONSTITUTION: A micro bubble reactor includes an inlet(4), a body(2), four partitions(28,30,32,34), an inner return pipe, an inner return pump(8), a cooling unit(12), a first inner transfer pipe(22), a second inner transfer pipe(24), a third inner transfer pipe(26), a micro bubble diffuser(38), an air inlet(10), an air outlet(44), and an outlet(6). The partition separates a first high efficiency aerobic bioreactor(16), a second high efficiency aerobic bioreactor(18), and a third high efficiency aerobic bioreactor(20). The inner transfer pipe is connected to a side of the high efficiency aerobic bioreactor. The inner transfer pump cools the waste water, and offer driving force to move the wastewater.
