摘要： A natural herbal composition is provided to remove harmful ingredients accumulated in human body due to smoking by extracting various herbs effective for eliminating harmful ingredients from the human body, concentrating, purifying and fermenting the extract. A method for preparing a natural herbal composition for detoxicating human body caused by smoking comprises the steps of: (a) preparing each 10kg of each dried powder of Houttuynia cordata thunb, Geranium nepalense Sweet, Glycine max (L.) Merrill, Plantago asiatica L., Solanum nigrum, Pueraria thunbergiana Benth, Lonicera japonica Thunb, Glycyrrhiza glabra L., Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, Schizandra chinensis Baillon, Eucommia ulmoides, Dioscorea Rhizome and Smilacis Chinae Radix, respectively; (b) mixing 10 times of purified water, C1-4 alcohol or a mixture solvent thereof regarding each of the dried powder and agitating for 5 hours at a temperature of more than 75 deg.C for the Houttuynia cordata thunb, for 12 hours at a temperature of 25 deg.C for the Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, and for 5 hours at a temperature of 95 deg.C for the other remaining powders, respectively; (c) after respectively centrifuging each of the products obtained from the step(b) and removing solid residuals therefrom to obtain a filtrate, leaving the filtrate for 1 day and then filtering supernatant therefrom; (d) concentrating each of the extract obtained from the step(c) under the pressure of 70-76 mmHg at a temperature of 55 deg.C to obtain each of solid ingredients; (e) concentrating each of the solid ingredients of the Houttuynia cordata thunb, Geranium nepalense Sweet, Plantago asiatica L., Pueraria thunbergiana Benth, Lonicera japonica Thunb, Glycyrrhiza glabra L., Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, Schizandra chinensis Baillon, Eucommia ulmoides, Dioscorea Rhizome and Smilacis Chinae Radix to have the solid content of 60%, concentrating the solid ingredient of the Glycine max (L.) Merrill to have the solid content of 40%, and concentrating the solid ingredient of the Solanum nigrum to have the solid content of 50% and obtaining 6-7 kg of an extract for each of the Houttuynia cordata thunb, Geranium nepalense Sweet, Plantago asiatica L., and Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, 4-5 kg of an extract of each of Plantago asiatica L., Pueraria thunbergiana Benth, Eucommia ulmoides, Dioscorea Rhizome and Smilacis Chinae Radix, and 5-6 kg of Solanum nigrum, Glycyrrhiza glabra L., and Schizandra chinensis Baillon; and (f) mixing each of the extracts obtained from the step(e) with agitation and fermenting the mixture at a temperature of 30-40 deg.C for 40 days.
