    • Disclosed is a thermal conductive laminate which is interposed between a heat source and a cooling unit and is used for cooling heat from a heat source by transmitting the heat from the heat source to the cooling unit. The laminate includes: a thermal conductive clay sheet with magnetic adhesion; and a thermal conductive elastic sheet which is laminated on the clay sheet and is magnetically adhered by the magnetic adhesion. The thickness of the clay sheet is thicker than the thickness of the elastic sheet. The hardness of the clay sheet is lower than the hardness of the elastic sheet. The elastic recovery of the clay sheet is smaller than the elastic recovery of the elastic sheet. The elastic recovery of the clay sheet is not recovered to an original shape if an external force is removed when the clay sheet is deformed due to the external force.
