    • PURPOSE: A composite light emitting converter for a polycrystalline silicon solar cell and a solar cell device based on the same are provided to improve durability by uniformly increasing the action of the converter applied to the polycrystalline silicon wafer. CONSTITUTION: A composite light emitting converter(4) is formed on the upper surface of a solar cell device(5) and is connected to an electrode ribbon(3). An ethylene vinyl acetate sheet(2) is formed on the lower side of the solar cell device. The ethylene vinyl acetate sheet is formed on the upper side of the composite light emitting converter. The low iron reinforcement glass is formed on the upper side of the ethylene vinyl acetate sheet and transmits light. A back sheet composed of a fluorine film or PET film is formed on the lower side of the ethylene vinyl acetate sheet. The composite light emitting converter forms a polymer layer on the surface of the poly silicon wafer with an electrode.
