    • PURPOSE: A tubular braid and a hollow fiber membrane using the same are provided to maximize adhesion of a polymer coating layer and the tubular braid and to achieve high water permeability. CONSTITUTION: A tubular braid is fabricated by knitting 50-99 wt% of monofilament(10) of 25-250 denier and 1-50 wt% of multi filament(20) of 0.5-5 denier. A core is formed of metal, polymers, or mixture thereof. The diameter of the core is 0.5-1.5 mm. A method for fabricating the hollow fiber membrane comprises: a step of weaving the tubular braid at the outside of the core; a step of contacting a polymer solution to the tubular braid to penetrate the polymer solution to the outside of the core; a step of solidifying the polymer solution; and a step of removing the core.
