    • PURPOSE: A resin composition for an optical film is provided to have excellent adhesion with a substrate film after forming a prism thin film, and to have moderate viscosity for process condition for manufacturing an optical film, not to induce yellowing phenomenon, and to have excellent thermal stability. CONSTITUTION: A resin composition for an optical film comprises an UV-curable unsaturated compound, an antistatic agent, a silicon additive, and an initiator. The UV-curable unsaturated compound comprises a novolak acrylate derivative. A manufacturing method of the optical film comprises: a step of forming a coating layer by spreading the resin composition for an optical film on a mold carving roll; a step of contacting transparent substrate film on one side of the coating layer; a step of curing the coating layer by irradiating the transparent substrate film with UV rays; and a step of separating the cured coating layer by being attached to the transparent substrate film from an engraved roll.

    • PURPOSE: A mold for forming an optical pattern for a display is provided to widely change the size and the shape of a pattern by improving ultraviolet optical efficiency in an optical pattern formation process. CONSTITUTION: A reflective film(110) comprises a reflective metallic layer and a first base film(112). Reflective metal is deposited on the first base film to form the reflective film. A second base film is arranged on the upper side of the reflective metallic layer. A pattern layer is arranged on the second base film. The pattern layer and the second base film compose a pattern film(130). An adhesive layer(120) is arranged between the reflective film and the pattern film.
