摘要： The purpose of the present invention is to provide a curable composition that has excellent developing properties even when the concentration of a coloring agent is high, and can form a color film at a high yield. The curable composition comprises: (A) a polymer including a substituted or non-substituted alicyclic hydrocarbon group and a polymerizable unsaturated group, which is represented by the chemical formula (1); and (B) a solvent. In the chemical formula (1), R^1 represents a C2 to C4 alkanediyl group; R^2 represents an aliphatic hydrocarbon group; n represents an integer of 1 to 100; * represents a bonding hand; and if n is greater than or equal to 2, a plurality of R^1s may be identical or different.

摘要： A radiation-sensitive resin composition for forming a colored layer is provided to improve redissolution property after drying, to inhibit formation of holes caused by rapid boiling, to realize high sensitivity, and to prevent generation of edge defects and undercuts in a pixel pattern. A radiation-sensitive resin composition for forming a colored layer comprises: (A) a colorant; (B) an alkali soluble resin; (C) a multi-functional monomer; (D) a radiation-sensitive radical generator; and (E) a solvent, wherein the radiation-sensitive radical generator is a compound represented by the following formula 1 and/or a compound represented by the following formula 2, and the solvent comprises 5-40 wt% of cyclohexyl acetate and/or dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether. In formulae 1 and 2, R represents a C1-C20 alkyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl or phenyl; each of R2 and R3 represents H, a C1-C20 alkyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, or optionally substituted C7-C20 monovalent alicyclic group(except cycloalkyl); R4 is a C4-C20 monovalent C4-C20 oxygen-containing heterocyclic group, C4-C20 monovalent nitrogen-containing heterocyclic group or C4-C20 monovalent sulfur-containing heterocyclic group; R5 is H, a C1-C12 alkyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, C1-C12 alkoxy or C3-C8 cycloalkyloxy; n is an integer of 1-5; m is an integer of 0-5 with the proviso that (n+m) is equal to or less than 5; and p is an integer of 0-6.

摘要： Radiation-sensitive composition for forming color layer on slit nozzle is provided to show high solvent re-solubility of the composition in dried condition, and prevent generation of bumping holes by comprising dipropyleneglycol dimethylether as principal component of a solvent contained in the composition. The composition includes (A) coloring agent, (B) alkaline soluble resin, (C) multi-functional monomer, (D) photo-polymerization initiator and (E) a solvent which comprises 5 to 40wt.% of dipropyleneglycol dimethylether to form a colored layer of a color filter. The solvent further includes 10 to 60wt.% of solvent with boiling point less than 150deg.C and 30 to 70wt.% of solvent with boiling point ranging for 150 to 180deg.C (excluding dipropyleneglycol dimethylether). The color filter is fabricated by the steps of: coating a substrate with the composition; exposing a part of the coating layer; developing the exposed coating layer; and heat-treating the coating layer.
