    • 본 고안은 강관 관로 부설을 하는 공사과정에서 강관과 강관을 용접접합한 후 용접접합부의 관로 내면의 미도장 부분을 부식방지하기 위하여 사용하는 필름코팅부직포 펠트링의 부직포 층에 수지액을 함침하는 것과 하수도 관로의 부분보수를 하기위한 보수용 부직포 튜브에 수지액을 함침하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 고안은 섬유 밀도가 조밀하고 두께가 3.0~4.5㎜의 부직포층과 직포와 함께 니들펀칭(Needle punching) 가공된 폴리에스텔섬유의 부직포 일측면에 폴리에칠렌 수지로 필름이 코팅된 펠트링(이하 '펠트링'이라 칭함)의 부직포 층에 수지액의 침투가 용이하도록 3본 롤러로 압착을 반복하여 필름 코팅 층까지 빠른시간에 수지액의 균일한 침투가 되도록 하는 수지액 함침장치에 관한 것이다. 본 고안에 의해서 수지액의 흐름 방지를 위한 요변성(thixotropy)이 큰 수지액도 효율적으로 펠트링에 침투 함침시킴으로서 강관 부설 현장의 용접접합부의 부식방지 라이닝과 하수도 관로의 부분보수 라이닝을 결함없이 할 수 있다.

The support plate and a felt ring(3) are closely adhered to the welded connection part of the steel pipe. The upper close band, the lower close band, and the support plate are disassembled to complete a lining.
