    • PURPOSE: A food processing method is provided to open an ordered food processing status to a customer and to optimize a food supply time limit so that it can enhance a reliability of the food and reduce a cost of a stock management. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. A client accesses an operation server over the internet, inputs personal data, and orders a processed food(S10). The server collects the orders from the clients, and prepares for a process of the food(S20). Raw material is put into a vessel, and the bar code adhered to the vessel is read by a bar code reader before the vessel is entered into a food processing plant(S30). A sample is extracted and tested by a food test institute, for example, for testing a gene manipulation or a residue of agricultural chemicals, and a test result is transmitted to the client and the operation server(S40). If there is no problem in the raw material, a food processing step is started(S50). After the food processing is finished, a sample is extracted, being submitted to and being tested by a nutrition analysis institute, and its test result being offered to the client(S60). The processed food is packaged and delivered to the client via a delivery company(S70).
