CONSTITUTION: A vibration damping and power generation system of machine equipment comprise a fixed member(21) and a vibration member(11). The fixed member is fixed to a support member(20). The vibration member is fixed to one side of the machine equipment separated from the support member. The vibration member is made of a permanent magnet, and generates magnet force. The vibration member is connected to the fixed member, and slid with the fixed member on a same axis. The fixed member comprises a winding unit(400). The electric power from a driving circuit is supplied to the winding unit, and the winding unit magnetizes in order to absorb vibration by increasing a damping coefficient.
