A first and a second cutters(39a, 39b) to cut the upper and the lower surfaces of a treated panel(A) placed on the upper part of a working panel(12) simultaneously are installed on the front ends of a first and a second driving shaft(38a, 38b) inserted into bearing boxes(37a, 37b) rotatably engaged with the front ends of cylinder rods(36a, 36b) of the first and the second air cylinders(35a, 35b) and rotated by the driving of a driving motor(32). The first and the second cutters(39a, 39b) are approached to and separated from the treated panel(A) as vertically move by the forward and backward movement of the first and the second air cylinders(35a, 35b).
