    • 본발명은고상반응및 열플라즈마열분해공정을이용한 Si/SiC 나노복합분말의제조방법에관한것으로서, 특히, 소결조제의나노화효과와액상반응소결효과를동시에달성할수 있고, 분산성및 비표면적이높고균일하며저렴한비용으로 Si/SiC 나노복합분말을제조할수 있는고상반응및 열플라즈마열분해공정을이용한 Si/SiC 나노복합분말의제조방법에관한것으로서, a) 실리콘분말과탄소분말을균질혼합후 아르곤을투입한상태에서고상반응을통하여 SiC 미립분말을합성하는단계와; b) 상기 SiC 미립분말을열플라즈마로처리하여 Si/SiC 나노복합분말을제조하는단계;를포함하는것을특징으로한다.

    • A manufacturing method of a light-transmitting ceramic filter for environmental purification is provided to manufacture a light-transmitting ceramic filter for environmental purification that has a light weight and is excellent in strength, porosity and light transmittance at a low cost by a simple process. A manufacturing method of a light-transmitting ceramic filter for environmental purification comprises the processes of: mixing water with a blended material containing 100 weight parts of a pulverized volcanic mineral, 30 to 60 weight parts of a strength adjusting agent and 5 to 40 weight parts of a binder to form a mixture in a slurry state; dipping a foamed article into the mixture, and pressing the foamed article; and drying and firing the pressed foamed article. The firing process is conducted by increasing a temperature of the pressed foamed article to a temperature range of 1100 to 1300 deg.C at a temperature rising rate of 5 to 20 deg.C/min. The blended material is formed by mixing the pulverized volcanic mineral, the binder and the strength adjusting agent, and pulverizing the mixture into a powder with an average particle size of 5 to 10 mum.
