    • PURPOSE: A novel manufacturing process for glycerol derivatives from chloroform extract of the Cervus nippon is provided, which shows promoting activity for increasing of hematopoietic stem cells(HSCs) and megakaryocyte of blood platelet. CONSTITUTION: A process for the preparation of manufacturing process for glycerol derivatives comprises of: pulverizing the Cervus nippon 1.75kg, and pouring into a beaker; adding hexane about 7L, extracting for 2times while heating at 80°C for 2hrs, and filtering to get the extract 1(filtered solution); distilling the extract 1 under decompression, and drying to get CN-H ex. 24.6g; adding chloroform about 7L to the residue that had remained after separating the extract 1, extracting for 2times while heating at 70°C for 2hrs, and filtering to get the extract 2(filtered solution); distilling the extract 2 under decompression, and drying to get CN-C ex. 14g; adding ethanol about 6L to the residue that had remained after separating the extract 2, extracting for 3times while heating at 90°C for 1day, and filtering to get the extract 3(filtered solution); distilling the extract 3 under decompression, and drying to get CN-E ex. 91g; and refining the CN-C ex.
    • 目的:提供从日本鹿茸氯仿提取物中甘油衍生物的新颖制造方法,其显示增加造血干细胞(HSCs)和血小板巨核细胞的促进活性。 构成:用于制备甘油衍生物的制备方法的方法包括:将鹿茸1.75kg粉碎并倒入烧杯中; 加入己烷约7L,提取2次,同时在80℃加热2小时,过滤得到提取物1(过滤溶液); 在减压下蒸馏提取物1,干燥得CN-H。 24.6克; 向分离提取物1后留下的残留物中加入氯仿约7L,在70℃加热2小时时提取2次,过滤得到提取物2(过滤溶液); 在减压下蒸馏提取物2,干燥得CN-C。 14克; 向分离提取物2后留下的残留物加入约6L的乙醇,在90℃加热1天时提取3次,过滤得到提取物3(过滤溶液); 在减压下蒸馏提取物3,干燥得CN-E。 91克; 并提炼CN-C ex。
