    • PURPOSE: A method for separating and purifying rosmarinic acid as an antioxidant from a plant body, in particular the leaves of Perilla frutescens var. japonica Hara using water or a polar solvent is provided, which obtains high purity rosmarinic acid at low cost. CONSTITUTION: The rosmarinic acid of formula(I) as a natural antioxidant is obtained by extracting a plant body, in particular the leaves of Perilla frutescens var. japonica Hara in water or a polar solvent selected from ethyl acetate, acetone, methanol, ethanol, 1-propanol, 2-propanol, butanol, water and mixtures solvent thereof, removing volatile matter and a colorant with one of a nonpolar organic solvent and supercritical carbon dioxide and purifying using nonionic artificial synthetic absorption resins or gel, wherein the volatile matter and the nonpolar organic solvent for removing the colorant are selected from volatile hydrocarbons, chlorine-based organic solvents and mixture solvents thereof.

    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing basil extract is provided to give the fragrance of herbaceous and green to cigarette and ease a sharp taste of cigarette. CONSTITUTION: The method is characterized by the following steps of: (i) adding 0-7wt% of polyvalent alcohol such as glycerine or propylene glycol to 100wt% of basil; (ii) treating the plant with 300-700wt% of a water-soluble solvent with ultrasonic waves for 60-180min; (iii) stirring the processed plant for 3-5hr and separating the supernatant from the mixed basil; and then (iv) filtrating and condensing the supernatant to 30-70Be. The water-soluble solvent is a polar solvent chosen among water, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol and Benzyl alcohol.
    • 目的:提供罗勒提取物的制备方法,使香草香草呈香烟香味,减轻香烟的味道。 构成:该方法的特征在于:(i)将0-7重量%的多元醇如甘油或丙二醇加入到100重量%的罗勒中; (ii)用300-700wt%的水溶性溶剂用超声波处理植物60-180min; (iii)搅拌经处理的植物3-5小时,并从混合的罗勒中分离上清液; 然后(iv)将上清液过滤并冷凝至30-70Be。 水溶性溶剂是选自水,乙醇,异丙醇和苄醇中的极性溶剂。
