    • PURPOSE: A semiconductor oxide nanofiber manufacture method using electrospinning and hydrothermal reaction is provided to relatively reduce a manufacture cost and time by producing organic and inorganic mixture nanofiber or organic and inorganic mixture nanofiber doped with metal and preparing a semiconductor oxide nanofiber by performing hydrothermal reaction on the mixture nanofiber. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor oxide nanofiber manufacture method using electrospinning and hydrothermal reaction comprises following steps. An acetic acid and ethanol are added and stirred in a precursor material, and a polymer material is added thereto to prepare a homogenous synthetic solution (S10). A metal solution is mixed to the homogenous synthetic solution for metal doping at a molar ratio in a range of 0.5-2% (S20). The synthetic solution mixed with the metal solution is electrospun to produce organic and inorganic mixture nanofiber (S30). In a hydrothermal reaction process the organic and inorganic mixture nanofiber is added into a mixture solution of water and ethanol, and a polymer material is removed through hydrothermal reaction to manufacture a semiconductor oxide nanofiber (S40).
