    • PURPOSE: Provided is a method of making a stent which widens the narrowed part of the blood vessel in the body, especially a stent, the surface which is coated with an inhibitor of agglutination of platelet so that the blood vessel is not constricted after treatment. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises: a stent surface-modifying process in which the stent is fixed on a tubular reactor of Pyrex, the pressure is reduced to less than 30m torr with vacuum pump and diaminocyclohexane monomer is introduced at 25m torr flow rate into the reactor and plasma is generated from RF power generator; a coating method wherein 2ml of ReoPro injection liquid is introduced into a glass tube and the above treated stent is dipped so that the carboxy group of Reopro undergoes a conjugation reaction with the amine group introduced to the stent and enhances the adhesiveness between the stent and ReoPro; and a drying process in which the stent is dried for 24 hours in a desiccator in a clean environment.
