摘要： PURPOSE: A synthetic rubber particle control device is provided to remarkably reduce costs for the manufacture of a high particle synthetic rubber by using water through an accelerant. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic rubber particle control device includes a fusion part(340) which generates a synthetic rubber of a second particle size which is greater than a first particle size by fusing synthetic rubber and sea water, a synthetic rubber feed part which supplies a synthetic rubber having the first particle size to the first fusion part, a sea water feed part(350) which supplies the sea water to the fusion part, a supply control part(320) which controls the ratio of the synthetic rubber of the first particle and the sea water, and an ultrasound wave part(360) which supplies an ultrasound wave of a predetermined level in order to accelerate the synthetic rubber of a second particle.
