    • 본 발명은 라디칼 중합을 통하여 중합조건과 가교도를 조절하여 기타 추가 공정없이 비등방성 타원체 고분자 입자를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 (a) 중합조건과 가교도가 조절된 라디칼 중합을 통하여 구형의 입자가 생성되는 단계, (b) 형성된 입자가 일정한 온도하에서 교반되어 비등방성 타원체 고분자 입자로 형성되는 단계, (c) 상기 비등방성 타원체 고분자 입자를 세척 및 건조하여 분말화 하여 비등방성 타원체 고분자 입자를 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비등방성 타원체 고분자 입자의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 비등방성 타원체 고분자 입자의 제조방법은 기존에 유리전이온도(Tg) 이상의 고온에서 필름화를 통하여 연신과정을 거쳐 제조되는 타원체 고분자가 갖는 고온에서 이루어지는 공정이며, 타원체 형성 후에 수득을 위하여 필름화에 사용된 고분자를 제거하는 공정이 추가적으로 요구된다는 단점을 해결할 수 있다. 또한 기존의 방법들이 제시하지 못한 대량생산이 가능하다는 장점이 있다.

    • The present invention relates to a method for preparing anisotropic elliptical polymeric particles without additional processes by controlling the polymerization conditions and the cross-linking degree through radical polymerization, and more specifically, to a method for preparing anisotropic elliptical polymeric particles, comprising the steps of: (a) forming spherical particles through radical polymerization while the polymerization conditions and the cross-linking degree are controlled; (b) stirring the spherical particles at a predetermined temperature to form anisotropic elliptical polymeric particles; and (c) washing, drying, and pulverizing the elliptical polymeric particles to obtain anisotropic elliptical polymeric particles. The method according to the present invention can solve drawbacks in that a high-temperature process for preparing the existing elliptical polymer by a proceduere of being made into a film and a stretching procedure at a high temperature such as the glass transition temperature (Tg) or higher, and a process of removing polymers used in the procedure of being made into a film to obtain the elliptical polymer are further required. Further, the method according to the present invention can lead to mass production that cannot be achieved by the existing methods.

The used amount of the crosslinking agent is 0.5-5 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of a radical polymerizable monomer.
