    • PURPOSE: A molder for a product with a nipple is provided to mold an undivided nipple part of a product with the use of a nipple mold, thereby preventing a sharp part, such as a stepped pulley, from being formed on the nipple. CONSTITUTION: A molder for a product with a nipple includes a molding body (100) and a nipple mold (200). The molding body has a main cavity (100a) inside the body to mold a product. The molding body molds the product inside the body with the use of resin which is filled in the main cavity. The molding body has a nipple ball (110a) to mold the nipple of the product. The nipple mold is combined with the nipple ball of the mold body and is integrated with the mold body. The nipple mold provides a nipple cavity (8) where the nipple is molded to the nipple ball while shielding the nipple ball. The nipple mold provides space for elastic deformation to extrude the nipple.

    • PURPOSE: A manifold with fixing structure of a valve member is provided to easily install a valve member on a shell case as a pressure part presses a shaft of a valve member and the valve member is fixed on a port to be rotated. CONSTITUTION: A manifold with fixing structure of a valve member comprises a shell case(110), a valve member(120), a pressure part(130), and a clamping unit. A runner(112) is formed in the shell case. A port(112a) into which fluid flows is formed at the end of the runner. The valve member comprises an opening/closing plate(122) and a shaft(124). The opening/closing plate is mounted on the shell case and opens and closes the port of the runner. The opening/closing plate is coupled with the shaft. The pressure part presses the shaft above the valve member. The gasket surrounds the outside of the pressure part and opens and closes the port of the runner.

The coupler is coupled with the coupling hole of the shell case. The coupler transfers drive force to the valve member. The elastic body supports on end of the coupler. The movement prevention member supports the other end of the coupler to be rotated.
