    • 본 발명은 알루미늄을 모재로 한 프라이팬 내면에 세라믹스를 주성분으로 하는 조성물인 니켈과 알루미늄 합금분말 10중량%, 알루미나 분말 20~40중량%, 산화티탄 분말 40~60중량%, 산화질리코늄과 산화마그네슘 용융체 분말 1~5중량%, 실리카분말 1~5중량%, 텅스텐 카바이드와 코발트 합금분말 0.5~1.5중량%로 조성된 하도층조성물로 초고속 및 고온의 프라즈마 용사로 하도층을 형성하고 그 위에 소량의 실리콘유 또는 실리콘 용액이 첨가된 불소수지액을 스프레이 코팅으로 코팅층을 형성시킨 후 온도 350~370℃ 범위에서 20~30분간 열처리하여 고화시킨 상도층을 형성시켜서 된 고경도 세라믹 조성물을 이용한 2중 코팅 후라이팬의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

    • A method for remelting thermal sprayed self-fusing alloy coatings is provided, wherein the thermal sprayed self-fusing alloy coatings can obtain a superior coating layer and an excellent binding force with a matrix by remelting the flux after coating a flux on a surface of a thermal sprayed coating layer, thereby obtaining a completely remelted coating layer even in a condition that the coating layer is incompletely remelted due to the low capacity of a heat source. A method for remelting thermal sprayed self-fusing alloy coatings comprises the steps of: coating a self-fusing alloy on a matrix by thermal spray coating; applying a flux onto the coated matrix; and remelting the flux applied thermal sprayed coating, wherein the flux is formed by mixing epoxy resin with Ag powder such that the Ag powder is contained in the flux at a volume ratio of 40 to 60% in the flux applying step, and is applied onto the coated matrix by a brush or a spray. The flux applying step further comprises a step of heat-treating the flux after applying the flux onto the coated matrix at a temperature of 100 to 200 deg.C for 5 to 60 minutes.
