    • PURPOSE: A coater for fixing a center shaft location, capable of moving in three shafts is provided to easily precisely spraying in the desired location and automatically adjust x axis, y axis, and z axis center by using DC motor 1,2 and hydraulic cylinder, thereby shortening the spraying working time and conveniently spraying as a worker costs less power. CONSTITUTION: A coater is comprised of a first supporting plate, a second supporting plate, a third supporting plate and fourth supporting plate. A spraying unit is formed in the first supporting plate comprised of a motor unit, a deceleration box, a material supply hopper, a material transfer pipe, and a nozzle. The second supporting plate is comprised of upper layer(121) and a lower layer(126) to support the first supporting plate to move up and down through a up and down screw(123). The third supporting plate supports the second supporting plate to move through a hydraulic cylinder according to back and forth direction. The fourth direction supports the third supporting plate to move through a worm gear according to left and right direction. The coater automatically move the first supporting plate, the second supporting plate, the third supporting plate up/down, back/forth, left/right by operating a control box connected to a DC motor 1(125-1), a DC motor and a hydraulic cylinder. The upper layer is comprised of up/down screw, a worm gear 1(124), a worm gear 2, a DC motor, a sensor 1. The worm gears changed the rotation direction. The DC motor 1 automatically rotates the worm gear 2. The sensor 1 stops the rotation of DC motor 1 by sensing the direction when the first supporting plate is maximally risen and maximally descended. The lower layer is comprised of a 7-shaped pillar, a back/forth transferring shaft(128), a hydraulic cylinder. The 7-shaped pillar which is formed higher than the height when the up/down screw and cylindrical supporting support(122) is maximally descend.

    • A slate using the recycled plastic is provided to improve working efficiency and to ensure strong strength by recycling waste plastic disposed as waste. A mixture is added with (a) a stabilizer 0.5 ~ 1.5 weight% mixed with one or two kinds or more selected from (i) 2,3-tert-butyl-4-methoxyphenol:BHA having a melting point of 58 ~ 60deg.C and the molecular formula of (CH3)3CC6H3(OCH3)OH, (ii) 2,6-Di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol having a melting point of 69 ~ 70 deg.C and the molecular formula of C15H24O, (iii) tert-butylhydroquinone having a melting point of 125deg.C and the molecular formula of C10H14O2 and (iv) 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol having a melting point of 35 ~ 38deg.C; (b) carbon black 2 ~ 5 weight% as a coloring agent; (c) chlorinated polyethylene:CPE 2 ~ 5 weight% as a reinforcing agent; and (d) benzophenone 2 ~ 5 weight% as a ultraviolet-absorbing agent. A slate(1) using the recycled plastic is manufactured by heating the mixture at 150 ~ 230deg.C and passing the mixture through a mold of 50 ~ 85deg.C and injection molding it.

    • A method and a system for providing a prepaid international call service offering a lottery ticket are provided to offer service users a discriminated service by providing the lottery ticket to the service users and maximize an AD(ADvertisement) effect by inducing interest of the service users with a lottery function. A prepaid international call service server(20) manages a database storing prepaid card information, which includes lottery ticket registration information, a card ID number, card use history, a card amount and a lottery ticket number. The server receives the card ID number by responding to a call received from a user terminal(10) connected through PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network), checks the card use history by extracting the prepaid card information matched with the received card ID number, registers the lottery ticket or guides the remainder of the card amount, and connects a call with a receiver terminal(40) through an international gateway switchboard(30) by receiving a receiver phone number from the user terminal. The server receives lottery prize information from the outside, checks prize of the lottery ticket by checking the prepaid card information, pays prize money of the lottery ticket, and provides prize result information.

The radiation curable conductive ink comprises: conductive powder having an average size of 40 micrometers or less; a cover layer for covering the surface of the conductive powder; and a photosensitive bonding agent having a viscosity of 5,000 cps or less at 25 deg.C and containing at least one reactive cyclic polymerizable organic compound. Before covering with the cover layer, the conductive power shows a silver content corresponding to 90% or less of the weight of the conductive powder before covering with the cover layer. The cover layer has a silver content corresponding to 30% or more of the weight of the cover layer, and the cover layer has a weight corresponding to 80% or less of the total weight of the conductive powder and the cover layer.

    • 본 고안은 세라믹 매트의 세라믹 결합구조에 관한 것으로서,
      종래에는 2개의 PVC판 사이에 세라믹을 위치시켜 상측의 PVC판이 세라믹을 완전히 감싼상태에서 PVC판을 상하에서 열접착하기 때문에 세라믹의 원적외선 방출효과가 상대적으로 반감되며, 상기와같이 PVC에 의해 세라믹이 완전히 덮여지게되면 세라믹이 신체에 직접 접촉되지 않게되므로 촉감이 좋지않게되고 사용자의 욕구를 충족시켜주지 못하게되는 문제점이 발생하고 있었다.
      따라서, 상기 문제점을 해결하기 위한 본 발명은 세라믹을 수용하면서 그 상측에 세라믹의 상부가 노출되도록 하는 개방공을 갖는 세라믹 고정수단을 이용하여 세라믹을 세라믹 매트의 상면에 견고하게 결합하므로서, 세라믹의 장착력이 향상되어 매트로부터 잘 떨어지지 않고, 세라믹의 상면이 세라믹 고정수단의 상부로 노출되므로 사용자가 매트를 사용할때 세라믹이 직접 신체에 접촉되므로 세라믹에서 발생되는 원적외선 효과를 직접적으로 느낄 수 있도록 한 세라믹 매트의 세라믹 결합구조에 관한 것이다.
