It decreases the scattering of the chalk powder and dust so that damage of health of teachers who use the blackboard and chalk for long time is decreased. The solution is coated on the blackboard once every 5 to 6 days to get the best result. The vegetable oil in the composition brings good writing feeling and letters and pictures on the board is easily erased. CONSTITUTION: The composition of the solution comprises 1-3wt.% aqueous different silicone, 20-35wt.% non ionic surfactant, 3-7wt.% vegetable oil and 53-76wt.% water. They are mixed at 40-60 deg.C for 30min. to 2 hours.
