    • 본원발명에 따르면 과초산용액의 연속적 제조방법을 제공한다. 상기 제조방법은 예비단계, 혼합단계, 주반응단계, 제 1 숙성단계, 희석단계, 및 제 2 숙성단계로 이루어진다. 상기 주반응단계에서는 과산화수소 및 초산의 반응혼합액이 양이온 이온교환수지가 충진된 컬럼형 반응기에 연속적으로 주입됨으로써 과초산을 생성시키게 된다. 상기 제 1 및 2 숙성단계들에서는 반응생성물을 코일관형 숙성반응기로 통과시킴으로써 과초산 생성반응을 평형상태까지 진행시킴으로써 과초산용액을 안정화시킨다. 상기 제조방법은 과초산 생성반응의 중단없이 초산 및 과산화수소의 혼합비율을 변경하는 방식으로 스케일제거, 살균, 및 소독 등의 다양한 용도에 알맞은 조성물들을 연속적으로 제조할 수 있는바, 과초산용액의 과용이나 오용으로 인한 손실을 줄이고 환경오염을 방지 할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명에 따라 제조된 과초산용액은 과초산 생성을 위한 촉매로 통상적으로 사용되는 무기산을 함유하지 않는바 자극성이 적고 방식성이 우수하다.

    • PURPOSE: A medical instrument disinfectant containing the surfactant having an alcohol group at both terminals and its preparation method are provided, to prevent the problems due to the generation of bubbles without deterioration of the washing power. CONSTITUTION: The medical instrument disinfectant comprises 1.0-1.6 wt% of peracetic acid; 0.1-20 wt% of acetic acid; 1-6 wt% of hydrogen peroxide; 0.1-20 wt% of phosphoric acid; 0.1-5 wt% of 1,1-diphosphonic acid; 0.001-10 wt% of at least one surfactant represented by the formula 1; 0.001-5 wt% of a corrosion inhibitor; and the balance of purified water, reverse osmosis water or deionized water, wherein l, m and n are independently an integer of 1-50 and l+n is 2-50. Preferably the medical instrument is a hemodialysis unit or its peripheral device.

CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing peracetic solution comprises: a step of passing hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid through a tube type purifier in which a first cation ion exchange resin is filled to remove metal impurities of hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid and stabilize temperature; a step of mixing hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid in a mole ratio of 1:20-20:1 to make reaction raw solution; a step of injecting the reaction raw solution to a column type reactor in which a second cation ion exchange resin is filled to generate peracetic acid; a step of passing reaction product through a first coil tube type maturation reactor to performing generation of peroxide by equilibrium state; a step of mixing purified water with peracetic acid to diluting the peracetic acid raw liquid; and a step of maturing the peracetic acid.
