    • 본 고안은 화물차량용 시트가 앞뒤로 움직이고 시트 등받이가 절첩되어 베드시트를 형성함으로써 운전자의 휴식 공간을 제공할 수 있는 화물차량의 베드 변환형 시트에 관한 것이다. 본 고안에 따른 화물차량 시트는 바닥면에 길이방향을 따라 양쪽에 이동레일이 장착되고, 시트가 설치되는 차체바닥면의 양쪽에는 이동레일이 끼워져 이동할 수 있도록 고정레일이 장착되어 이동레일이 고정레일을 따라 슬라이딩되는 슬라이딩수단과, 시트 등받이를 접철시키는 접철수단을 포함하여 구성된다. 따라서, 본 고안은 화물차량 시트의 슬라이딩수단을 통해 시트를 앞으로 이동시켜 시트 뒷부분의 여유 공간을 만든 후 접철수단을 통해 시트 등받이를 여유 공간을 향해 뒤로 접혀서 플랫상태로 만들어 시트를 베드로 변환함으로써 운전자에게 휴식을 취할 수 있는 공간을 제공하게 됨으로써 장거리 운송시 운전자의 피곤을 해소할 수 있는 휴식 공간에 의해 안전운행의 효과를 높일 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A liquid transfer pump using a gear pump comprises a gear pump(22), a first cylinder(25), a first piston(27), a second cylinder(34), a closing pipe(36), a second piston(35), an intake check valve(32), and an exhaust check valve(33). The gear pump pumps oil(24) stored in an oil tank(23). The first cylinder is vertically installed on one side of the gear pump. The first piston ascends and descends a piston rod(26) when the pumped oil is supplied. The second cylinder compresses gas at the top of the first cylinder. The closing pipe closes the bottom of the second cylinder and discharges air from the second cylinder to the outside. The second piston is fixed to the piston rod located inside the second cylinder and compresses fluid.

    • PURPOSE: A displacement compressor is provided to obtain high pressure using pressure generated in a gear pump and to obtain a large amount of flow rate by compressing fluid in multistage with simple structure. The first compressor comprises a first piston and second pistons(37,38). The first piston reciprocates in a first cylinder(32) by fluid pressure created by drive of a gear pump(20). The second pistons are respectively fixed in rods(34a,34b) of the first piston. According to reciprocating the first piston, the second pistons reciprocate in second cylinders(35,36) to compress first fluid(31). The second compressor comprises a third piston(43) and fourth pistons(47,48). The industrial device is connected to the fourth cylinder and third and fourth connecting pipes(51,52) to be operated by applying second hydraulic pressure. The check valves are installed on the third and fourth connecting pipes.
