A supervisory apparatus of an insert injection mold comprises a microprocessor, a first and a second CCD camera, a main screen(30), a monitor, a ROM, a RAM, a buzzer, an alarm lamp, a plurality of insert injection molding machines, and an RS-232 communication port. The microprocessor controls the whole operation of the insert injection molding machine. The first and the second CCD camera photograph the open and closed state of the insert injection mold and output it to the microprocessor. The buzzer outputs an alarm sound when the failure rate of products exceeds the specific value or the state of the insert injection mold is not good. The alarm lamp informs the shape of the injection mold is not good. The RS-232 communication port makes communication with the insert injection molding machine.
