CONSTITUTION: The microorganism capable of decomposing seaweeds including brown seaweed, tangleweed, laver, sea weed fusiforme, agar, etc. is gamma proteobacteria sp. DS-01(KCTC-SD1006). The microorganism gamma proteobacteria sp. DS-01(KCTC-SD1006) is isolated from the beach by collecting beach soil, diluting the 10g of beach soil in 200ml of distilled water and separating the supernatant; inoculating the supernatant into a medium containing 2.5g of peptone and 0.5g of yeast extract in 500ml of sea water together with 10g of brown seaweed and shaking the medium for 48 hours; inoculating 0.1ml of the medium on a marine agar medium; culturing the medium for 3 days to isolate 6 strain colonies grown; and selecting a strain DS-01 capable of decomposing the marine agar medium.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of lime, glass fiber and gypsum-contained composite composition having porosity, and improved strength and durability. The resultant lime composite can be widely used for white construction materials. CONSTITUTION: The composite composition comprises 45-98wt.% of lime containing Ca(OH)2 and CaO, 1-7wt.% of glass fiber(0.5-3cm length) as a reinforcing material, and 0-50wt.% of gypsum as a binder. The more than 10wt.% or less than 10wt.% of gypsum-contained composite is manufactured by forming, then reacting with 0.5-2 atmospheric pressure of CO2 at up to 100°C for 12-30hrs. or at 100-500°C for 3-24hrs., respectively.

    • PURPOSE: A process for producing a fermented seaweed feed is provided, therefore it is possible to effectively use the seaweed for producing a high functional feed and improving meat quality. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing a fermented seaweed feed comprises the steps of: collecting seaweeds with roots, stems and sporophyll; drying them until they have water content of 65 to 70% and dried weight of 30 to 35%; slicing the dried seaweeds into a size of 1cm; inserting the sliced seaweeds into a tank; spraying a medium, in which seaweed fermenting microorganisms are cultured, thereinto; pressing and removing air from the tank to make the tank vacuum; fermenting the seaweeds for 4 to 7 days; and packaging them under vacuum or nitrogen condition.
