    • PURPOSE: A leading and propelling enclosure sleeve for drying a tunnel is provided to performance propelling work more effectively with a propelling jack. CONSTITUTION: A leading and propelling enclosure sleeve for drying a tunnel comprises a leading enclosure sleeve(10) and a propelling enclosure sleeve(20). The leading enclosure sleeve comprises an upper plate(11), a lower plate(12), a plurality of steel plate partitions(13), a first support jack(14), a earth pressure support cylinder(15), a sliding groove, a soil transfer conveyor(17), and a cutout hole(13a). A plurality of the steel plate partitions is vertically installed between the upper plate and the lower plate at a constant interval. The first support jack supports the upper plate and the lower plate with a constant height. The earth pressure support cylinder is formed in the steel plate partitions to prevent a leading part of the upper plate from sagging. The sliding groove is formed in the upper plate to be opened toward the rear. The soil transfer conveyor transfers excavated soil to a gallery pipe. The cutout hole is formed in the steel plate partitions to prevent interference with the soil transfer conveyor. The propelling enclosure sleeve comprises a propelling jack(21), a guide unit(26), a second support jack(24). The guide unit is formed in a sliding groove to be inserted. The second support jack supports the earth pressure vertically.

    • 본발명은터널건조용선도추진함체슬리브에관한것으로서, 터널굴착용함체슬리브를선도함체와추진함체의이중구조로구성하여단계적인추진시공이이루어질수 있도록하기위한것이다. 이를실현하기위한본 발명은, 지하터널굴착을위해선 시공된양측갤러리관(1)의안내를받으며추진시공이이루어지는사각형상의선도추진함체슬리브(100)는, 토압지지를위해상부플레이트(11)와하부플레이트(12) 사이에수직방향으로다수의격벽철판(13)이일정간격을이루며설치됨과함께후단측에는제1서포터잭(14)이구성되고, 상기격벽철판(13)에는상부플레이트(11) 선단부가토압에의해처짐을방지하기위한토압지지실린더(15)가구성되며, 상기상부플레이트(11)에는슬라이딩홈(16)이후단측으로개방형성되고, 굴착토를갤러리관(1)측으로이송시키기위한토사이송컨베어(17)가설치되며, 상기격벽철판(13)에는토사이송컨베어(17)와의간섭을방지하기위한절개공(13a)이형성된선도함체슬리브(10)와; 상기선도함체슬리브(10)의후단측에연결구성되되, 선도함체슬리브(10)를추진하기위한추진잭(21)이구성되고, 상부에는상기슬라이딩홈(16)에삽입가능하도록가이드부(26)가구비되며, 수직방향으로토압지지를위한제2서포터잭(24)이구성된추진함체슬리브(20)로구성된것을특징으로한다.
