CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for removing red tide generated in a fish holding nursery(50) comprising a fixed frame(52) installed in such a way that an upper part of the fixed frame is opened in the seawater surface by buoy(51) connected to the upper surface edge of the fixed frame, a fish holding net(53) fixed to the fixed frame to confine fishes by covering side surfaces and bottom surface of the fixed frame, and weights(54) a plural of which are installed at the bottom of the fish holding net to vertically maintain the fish holding net, the red tide damage prevention apparatus for aquaculture system comprises a reciprocating compression type vane pump(110) comprising a rotor which is reciprocated side to side, and at both end parts of which graphite cohering agent is installed so that the rotor is elastically cohered to the inner circumferential surface of inner housing with being fixed to crank shaft, inflow ports oppositely formed on the inner circumferential surface of the inner housing to suck air correspondingly to horizontal reciprocating motion of the rotor, sucking and exhausting valve plates installed on the outer circumferential surface of the inflow ports and the inner housing to open or close the inflow ports correspondingly to horizontal reciprocating motion of the rotor, and an outer housing which covers the inner housing to form an exhaust space part, and at one side of which an exhaust port for exhausting air is formed; a supply pipe(120) one end of which is connected to the reciprocating compression type vane pump to supply air up to the bottom surface of the fish holding net; and an air agitation member(130) to the outer circumferential surface of which the other end of the supply pipe is fixed in such a way that the supply pipe is communicated with the inside of the air agitation member, and the inner circumferential surface of which is formed in a hollow circular cylinder body shape to spirally inject seawater together with air supplied through the supply pipe.

A device for recovering a fluid oil in contaminated soil comprises: float means(50) comprising a floating body(51) having a predetermined buoyancy formed on a contaminated fluid mixed layer within an oil collection pipe, wherein the floating body is movable up and down according to fluctuations of a water level; a float guiding rod(60) for guiding a vertical movement of the float means by passing through the center of the float means; a hose connector(30) assembled with a pipeline(2) or separated from the pipeline in a condition that the float guiding rod is fixed onto the bottom of the hose connector; a joint member(20) for connecting the hose connector and the pipeline; a coil hose(40) extending from a lower part of the hose connector to form a variable channel communicating with the pipeline; and a contaminated fluid adsorption pipe(70) of which one end is connected to a lower end of the coil hose and projected to an upper part of the float means, and of which the other end is immersed into a contaminated fluid layer as deep as a predetermined depth by passing through the floating body of the float means.
