CONSTITUTION: The liquid fire-extinguishing agent comprises an ammonium salt, carbonyl amide, an additive and water. The manufacturing method of the net for the fish screen is as follows: mixing chains of the chain part(180) properly by using each chain block(181) and installing on the drum(170) in seven rows to weave an upper net; and then removing the chains from the drum(170), followed by installing chains having small mesh to weave a lower net.
