    • An angle regulating apparatus for a torch is provided to easily control the direction of a plate and to accurately deliver power to a connection bar by installing a pair of plates consisting of a slide unit vertically and horizontally moving. An angle regulating apparatus for a torch comprises an installation plate(100) vertically forming an installation wall(102) at both rim; a pair of upper and lower fixing plates(112,114) fixed to the inside of the installation walls facing each other at different height; upper and lower moving plates(122,124) placing both ends on a pair of the upper plates and a pair of lower plates, sliding through each slide unit(130); upper and lower moving blocks(142,144) sliding through the slide unit in the direction normal to the longitudinal direction of the upper fixing plate at each side surface of upper and lower moving plate; an upper plate(152) fixed to an end of the upper moving block, extending out of the installation wall, and moving in a same direction with the upper moving plate and the upper moving block; a lower plate(154) fixed to an end of the lower moving block, extending out of the installation wall in parallel to the upper plate, and moving in a same direction with the lower moving plate and the lower moving block; a control unit(160) moving the upper plats back forward and backward, right and left; a connection unit simultaneously connected to upper and lower plates and a bottom of the installation unit, relatively shortening the travel of the lower plate by inclining in the same direction with the direction of the upper plate on the basis of the fixed installation plate; and a torch bar(60) inserted in each installation hole formed at the end of upper and lower plates, installed to be upright or to be inclined when upper and lower plates move.

    • PURPOSE: A process of preparing a pig's trotters meat product by seasoning boiled pig's feet and then vacuum-packing is provided. Whereby, the meat product is eliminated in the odor of the pork and is ready for eating immediately upon its removal from the package. CONSTITUTION: Pig's trotters whose blood is removed are cut to 10 to 70mm(S10), soaked in water for 3 to 5 hr to remove blood in the second stage(S14), heated for 3 to 4 hr, mixed with seasoning(S30) and dried(S36, S38), followed by packing(S40). The packed product is sterilized in water at 100deg.C for 15 to 20 min or at 5 to 10deg.C for 15 to 20 min.
