CONSTITUTION: An airtight cap for a manhole which is installed inside of a manhole body(200) comprises a ring member(110) buried in the inner surface of the manhole body. A plurality of support pieces(111) with first through holes(111-1) are formed on the top of the ring member toward the center of the ring member. The bottom edge of a shield plate(120) is placed on the top of the ring member and the support pieces. A sealing(130) is interposed between the ring member and the shield plate. A first pressure surface(122) is formed tapered from the edge to the center on the bottom of the shield plate.

    • PURPOSE: A precast concrete manhole and a mold thereof are provided to improve water-tightness by using packing and concrete mortar. CONSTITUTION: A precast concrete manhole comprises a flow pipe(10), an auxiliary pipe(20), a packing(30), concrete mortar, a ring nut(40), and a traction hook(45). A flow pipe is coupled on the lower end of a circular concrete manhole(100). The flow pipe is formed for the flow of the sewage. The auxiliary pipe is molded on the bottom of the manhole in hardening the concrete manhole. The packing is inserted into an outermost groove(104) and a first groove(101) formed at the upper end of the manhole. The concrete mortar is poured in two central grooves(102,103) formed on the upper end of the concrete manhole. The ring nut is molded on the both left and right sides of the concrete manhole during the hardening of the concrete manhole. The traction hook comprises a screw portion(42) and a hook portion(44). A screw part is coupled on the nut part(41).

The waste water inlet is formed passing through one lower side of a forming body(110), and the waste water outlet is formed passing through the other lower side of the forming body opposite to the inlet. The forming body with a horizontal flange(140) is open on top. The exterior and the waste water inlet and outlet are buried in the concrete manhole body.

CONSTITUTION: A rectangular precast concrete manhole mold frame comprises an inner mold(30), four outer molds(40), and a fastener(50). The inner mold is formed downward to the upper part of a lower mold installed on a support beam. The inner mold is tapered in the direction in which the gap between the inner mold and the outer mold is narrow. The outer mold is combined with the outside of the lower mold through a hinge(21). The fastener is made of a fastening bolt(43), a washer(44), and a butterfly nut(45). The fastening bolt is coupled on the fastening groove(41) formed at one side of the outer mold and the hinge for formed at the other side of the outer mold. The washer and the butterfly nut are combined with the end of the fastening bolt.
