A discharge device(1) for receiving different kinds of materials is composed of a fixing unit(10) combined or attached to a container; an operating unit(30) assembled to the fixing unit and moved up from the fixing unit, to drop the material of a storing space(21) into the container by opening the storing space of the fixing unit; and a discharge hole opened to discharge the material of the container to the outside when an opening and closing part(33) of the fixing unit is separated from a closing part of the operating unit during moving up the operating unit from the fixing unit. The lower side of the storing space is opened in moving up the operating unit. The materials are poured into the storing space through the lower side of the storing space. The lower side of the storing space is sealed by a closing member such as a film or the closing part stopping up the opening and closing hole of the storing space.
