The cell panel connector is installed on the upper end of a post(1). The first hinge hole and the coupling hole are formed on the blade piece(5) of the cell panel connector. The bracket is installed on a solar cell panel(2), which is fixed to the panel connector. The bracket comprises a second hinge hole(9) and a plurality of angle adjusting holes(10). The second hinge hole faces the first hinge hole of the blade piece. The angle adjusting holes are selectively matched with the coupling hole of the blade piece. One of the angle adjusting holes is matched with the coupling hole and thus the angle of the solar cell panel is adjusted.
