A pinion gear (53) formed on a rotary shaft (50) of a lever (40) is engaged in a rack gear (31) of the rack member. A first ratchet gear (55) formed on the rotary shaft and a second ratchet gear (64) of a clutch member (60) are engaged and the rotary shaft can be rotated in one way direction. The second ratchet gear of the clutch member is separated from the first ratchet gear of the rotary shaft by a button (70) mounted in the center of the lever.

A rack gear (31) is formed in one surface of a long hole (32) formed in a longitudinal direction of the rack member. The rack gear is engaged with a pinion gear (46) formed in a rotary shaft (45) of a lever (40). The lever is rotatably mounted on a handle housing (10) and a first spring (60) is connected to the rear end of the rack member. A switch button (50) is mounted in a lower case (16) of the handle housing. A ratchet gear (33) is formed in one surface of the rack member in parallel with the rack gear. The rotary shaft rotates in one way direction by the lever as a pawl unit of the switch button is hung on the ratchet gear. The rotary shaft is prevented from reversely rotating as the pawl unit of the switch button locks the ratchet gear of the rack member.
